The North Cascades PBA is hosting their Fall Learn and Burn
This all-day event begins with a morning session focused on increasing your knowledge of fire behavior, staying safe during a prescribed burn, and learning tips and techniques for achieving good results. The afternoon will be spent implementing a prescribed burn.
Everyone is welcome regardless of experience. This is a perfect way to get introduced to the principles of prescribed burning in a safe and supportive environment, and to get some practical experience with prescribed fire.
